BC Juvenile Boys' Championship Course & Slope Rating - 70.0/119
The tournament is open to BCGA members who have a Handicap Factor of 18.0 or less and who have not reached 17 year of age prior to midnight the final day of the Championship. Players must be currently eligible to participate in Club, Zone and BCGA events and may be required to present proof of their current membership in the BCGA/RCGA or Foreign golf association.
The BC Juvenile Boy’s Championship is a 54-hole stroke play gross competition. Based on the the size of the final field (78 players) the cut will be the top 45 and ties.
The BC Juvenile Girl’s Championship is 54-hole stroke play gross competition. The present size of the Juvenile Girls Championship is too small to warrant a cut. This may be re-evaluated if field size proves sufficient.
The Club Team Championship and Zone Team Championship will be held concurrently with the first and second rounds of the BC Juvenile. Four player zone teams are named by each zone prior to the start of the tournament. The zone team championship uses the low 3 of 4 scores each day.
Two person club teams are selected after in advance. The Club Team Championship takes both scores from the club team on the first two days of the competition.

Redwoods Golf Course will be providing players with use of their practice facility during the Championship. Each player will recieve a $20.00 range pass for use during the Championship, including the practice round.
o $3.00 = 25 balls
o $5.00 = 60 balls
o $8.00 = 100 balls
Players may purchase additional $20.00 passes at a discounted rate of $10.00.
Note Redwoods will have reserved practice tees for you as follows:
August 24 - 6 stalls reserved all day
August 25 & 26 - 29 stalls reserved from 6:00 am to 7:30 am
August 27 - 29 stalls reserved from 6:00 am to 8:30 am |
